All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment verification (where applicable).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 3,000

• A standard shipping fee of Rs. 350 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
