We accept secure online payments via debit/credit cards and Easypaisa, other available payment methods at checkout.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days across Pakistan.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on  orders above Rs.3000.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Please note: Earrings and customized items are not eligible for return.

6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures, and we will resolve the issue quickly.
